We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and the guiding recommendations for our country. After thoughtful consideration, in our continued commitment to provide exceptional veterinary care to our patients and their families while also ensuring the health and safety of both staff and clients, we have implemented the following operational changes effective immediately.
We will no longer allow clients to enter our facility at this time but rather we will be providing car-side service until further notice. Once you arrive at our facility, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call the clinic to inform us of your arrival. At that time, a member of our team will greet you at your vehicle to transport your pet inside for the remainder of their appointment. Please have your pet secured in their carriers, or on a leash, as we approach the vehicle in order to ensure their safety. Once your pet has been evaluated, our veterinarian will reach out to you by phone to discuss their exam findings and/or treatment recommendations. Upon completion of services, a member of our team will escort your pet back to your vehicle and arrange payment for services rendered.
Should you need to pick up medications or food for your pet, we ask that you also remain in your vehicle and phone the clinic to inform us of your arrival. We will then have you pay for the medications or food by phone and a member of our team will bring them directly to your vehicle.
Families arriving for Day Camp and Boarding services are kindly requested to follow the same protocol as listed above.
As the COVID-19 situation remains fluid, we are not clear as to how long these health safety measures will need to be in place, but we will update you when we are able to resume normal operations.
